Ravensthorpe Wildflower Show 2018 Admission $5.00 adults, Children free New Venue: Ravensthorpes beautifully renovated Town Hall will now host our Wildflower Show ~ 35 Dunn St Wheelchair access available Gift Shop, Soup and Devonshire teas available each day Ravensthorpe Community Centre ( The Red Room) 10am - 3pm Quilt and Craft Displays Ravensthorpe Community Centre 9am - 4pm The Official Opening of our New Herbarium was in 2017 It is with great excitement that we announced the opening of our new 'state of the art, purpose built herbarium' which is an annexe of the hall. In this building a great many specimens are housed. They have been picked (under license), pressed, botanically identified and filed over many years by dedicated volunteers. It is with the help of the herbarium that over 600 freshly picked specimens are able to be identified for the September Wildflower Show Display! Officially opened by Rob Davis 4WD Wildflower Tag Along Tours run during the show and led by tour guides with local knowledge and experience With John Tucker and Nathan McQuoid in September . Vehicles need to be clean of mud etc to prevent Dieback from spreading. Volunteers will assist with wash downs for those requiring one. Please bring drinking water and camp chairs if possible. A picnic lunch will be provided along the way.
